A. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Fund raising is often a critical component of the orgnizing this project. This project will respond to the disciples needs during the programme in Bodhgaya, unfolding in 8 funds:

1. FUND FOR TSHOK OFFERING
This fund is to buy food, flowers, sweets and all offering objects.

2. FUND FOR BUTTER LAMP OFFERING
This fund is to buy the oil and butter for the lamp offering.

3. FUND FOR TEA OFFERING
This fund is to offer tea to all the participants during puja breaks.

4. FUND FOR LAMAS' TRANSPORTATION, FOOD AND LODGING
This fund is to arrange transportation, sponsoring food and lodging for all lamas (20-30 lamas) who are invited for the puja. The transportation journey will be 4 days from Bhutan to Bodhgaya and from Bodhgaya back to Bhutan and another 7 days of staying in Bodhgaya itself.

5. SPONSOR FOR RINPOCHE
This sponsor is for the transportation, food and lodging solely for Rinpoche during the programme in Bodhgaya.

6. FUND FOR MISCELLANEOUS
This fund is to engage labour and the rental for carpets, cars, sound systems, tents, etc.

7. US $ 5 (Rs. 200) MERIT PROJECT
This project is to allow all participants to be part of the sponsors, sharing the merits of offering.

8. RESERVED FUND.
This fund is a fixed deposit for future emergency used.
